Example of garden design for row houses (Vrhnika, Slovenia)
At the request of investors in a new settlement of row houses, together with Mina Lunder and Daša Novak, we began to outline and prepare a flexible proposal for gardens arrangements, which can be easily adapted to wishes of individual home owners. The basic planning model matches the dominant features and exposures of the garden areas. Since we decided to make the gardens as sustainable as possible, we predicted as much space for the plants as possible, creating essentially a minimalistic, zen atmosphere, and then the potential client, with our help and with predefined content upgrades, will be able to decide on a more varied and rich representation of plantings that will enhance biodiversity.
